What was it about?
During the live event, the Erasmus plus project “Fast Forward Fachkräfte 4.0” was discussed and the ÖJAB competence center for the validation of non-formal and informal learning for people from third countries was presented.
Highlights

🌍 FROLLEINFLOW and ÖJAB are working together to publicize faster recognition processes for qualifications from third countries.
ÖJAB runs youth and student residences, care homes, educational programs and development cooperation, thereby making a contribution to various areas.
🎓 Sebastian explains the competence center’s approach to assessing and validating practical and theoretical skills. It validates informal learning and professional qualifications of third-country nationals and offers customized expertise and recommendations.
Anja emphasized the importance of the skills center in the context of the European skills debate, as it offers faster access to the labour market and meets the needs of SMEs.
