FROLLEINFLOW is a Berlin-based institute for creative flaneurs, led by Dr. Anja C. Wagner and Nicole Bauch — a research-driven voice on how work and learning change in the AI age.

We advise organisations and their leadership, contribute studies and expert reports to education policy, and run EU-funded cooperation projects with partners across Europe. The courses on this campus are one visible result of that work. What holds it together: the conviction that judgement, not certificates, is the decisive capability of the coming years.

We give talks and keynotes in English and are open to new cooperations, partnerships, and inquiries.
