In modern common sense, professional competence 4.0 is composed of the 4 C’s, which we have assigned various criteria to here.
- In the vertical, you can see the three different levels of competency that today’s modern workforce should possess.
- On the horizontal, we look at the 3 key levels that influence each competency level: the personal, the cultural, and the technological.
This is version 1.2 – we had created a collaborative competence fitness test years ago. This here is an evolution – and we’ll be adding to it over time. We are also hereby beginning to award official online badges to document leaps in competency by individuals.
