We at FROLLEINFLOW are overwhelmed and grateful that our educational approach “AI Power for Women 45+” was recognized in the AI Campus ideas competition. We are delighted to announce that our initiative, which is aimed specifically at women over 45, will be supported with a grant of 30,000 euros.
Our approach, which was developed in collaboration with COWOXU Mallorca, is a direct response to the pressing challenges of skills shortages, digitalization and demographic change. By focusing on the untapped potential of women of advanced age, we strive to increase diversity and innovation in AI-influenced fields. Our aim is to bridge the digital divide and ensure that no woman is left behind.
We have chosen a multiplier approach for this:
With our learning offer, we provide the opportunity to familiarize other learning professionals with the “LernOS KI Guide” in a playful way in order to then address women 45+ in interactive small groups.
We will publish what this will look like in concrete terms in due course.
This competitive success reinforces our mission to create future-oriented educational opportunities that are both accessible and specifically tailored to the needs of our target group. We firmly believe that building AI skills in women over 45 not only promotes their personal and professional development, but also makes a significant contribution to social transformation.
