FITskilling is a thinking space that makes it possible to think differently about the skills acquisition and professional recognition of people from third countries in order to integrate them into the labour market more quickly with agile onboarding.

PROBLEM

Europe and countries like Germany and Austria in particular are facing a growing shortage of skilled labour, which is essential for maintaining the vitality of our society. Foreign skilled labour could help to overcome this bottleneck.

However, a reverse orientated thinking in certificates and qualifications hinders the rapid filling of vacancies and makes it difficult for migrants to contribute their expertise to our future viability.
