Sirkka Freigang and yours truly are now also part of the core team of the Corporate Learning Community. In the context of this, Sirkka had posted a survey at the beginning of her activities, asking what the community members associate with the CLC or what they would like to see. We then looked at the results of their survey, I imported the data into an Excel spreadsheet to search for something systematic (see below) – and analyzed it together here in a short conversation. Have fun!
