Anja is regularly invited to the national training days in any city. Here is her first appearance in Lübeck in September 2016.
On the evening of 29.09.2016, State Secretary for Economic Affairs Dr. Frank Nägele opened a panel discussion in Lübeck on the topic of Work 4.0.
The discussion was introduced by a keynote speech from Dr. Anja C. Wagner – creative trendsetter and educational researcher with a focus on digital change. Dr. Anja C. Wagner took the audience on an exciting lecture tour and also spoke about skills requirements in the working world of tomorrow.
The presentation focused on illustrative examples from the USA. For example, following the purchase of e-learning provider Lynda, Linkedin now has a wide range of options for training employees. They can then react to gaps in their profiles, have courses suggested to them and then receive targeted further training.
