“Future of Work” and how do we get there – Roadmap to the workplace of the future
Megatrends such as globalization, demographic change and digitalization are changing the world of work. We are in the latest phase of upheaval: mobility, flexibility and collaboration are becoming increasingly important. Rigid spatial and temporal concepts of work are increasingly being eroded by growing networking.
In her presentation, Dr Anja C. Wagner from FrolleinFlow will show how work culture and organizations are changing, how hierarchies can be dismantled and how the smartphone can become the central hub of the new smart workplace. Using examples from the international start-up scene, the expert in multimedia and e-learning concepts, who describes herself as an educational maverick, will show what the stages on the way to changing the world of work can look like in practice.
