Like many other organizations in Austria and Europe that are active in the care sector, \u00d6JAB is also confronted with a shortage of skilled workers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This situation gave rise to the idea of opening our own nursing school to offer training as a &#8216;nursing assistant&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a video talk, Sebastian Frank from \u00d6JAB explains how the journey from the idea to the opening of their own nursing school took place.
