{"id":41605,"date":"2023-01-14T11:21:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-14T10:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frolleinflow.com\/2023\/01\/14\/what-is-linkedin-actually-doing-in-these-times\/"},"modified":"2023-01-14T11:22:09","modified_gmt":"2023-01-14T10:22:09","slug":"what-is-linkedin-actually-doing-in-these-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frolleinflow.com\/en\/what-is-linkedin-actually-doing-in-these-times\/","title":{"rendered":"What is LinkedIn actually doing in these times?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einen interessanten Einblick in die Sichtweise von LinkedIn, dem globalen Arbeitsmarkt fokussiert zu dienen, bietet dieses Interview mit dem CEO Ryan Roslanksy, das im Videochannel der Harvard Business Review (HBR) gef\u00fchrt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Interview ist Teil einer Serie mit dem Titel &#8220;The New World of Work&#8221;, in der untersucht wird, wie hochrangige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte die Zukunft sehen und wie ihre Unternehmen versuchen, sich f\u00fcr den Erfolg zu r\u00fcsten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So die Beschreibung des Videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roslansky zitiert darin aus einer Microsoft-Studie die sog. &#8220;Productivity Paranoia&#8221; (nach Satya Nadella):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>87 % der Angestellten denken, dass sie in einer hybriden Arbeitsumgebung produktiv arbeiten&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>85 % der Manager*innen glauben, dass ihre Angestellten online nicht produktiv sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tats\u00e4chlich m\u00fcssen aber die Manager*innen in hybriden Arbeitssettings derzeit eine steile Lernkurve hinsichtlich ihrer F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten hinlegen. Denn im Arbeitnehmermarkt sind sie im Zugzwang. Sie m\u00fcssen sich also verst\u00e4rkt Gedanken machen, wie sie geeignete Voraussetzungen schaffen, damit ihre Teams erfolgreich arbeiten und Einzelne ihren gew\u00fcnschten Outcome liefern k\u00f6nnen &#8211; und nicht \u00fcberwachen, wie oft und lange sie im B\u00fcro erscheinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hinzu kommt ein notwendiger adaptiver F\u00fchrungsstil, den es v.a. in Krisenzeiten braucht: Positiv bleiben, Gelegenheiten sehen, jederzeit bereit, einen Pivot hinzulegen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dazu wiederum sind Teammitglieder im globalen Arbeitsmarkt gefragt, die ihre Skills an der je ben\u00f6tigten Stelle einsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Nicht also der Abschluss ist zuk\u00fcnftig entscheidend f\u00fcr die Position im Unternehmen, sondern das erforderliche Skillset, das ggf. auch weiter entwickelt wird. Die alten Indikatoren, so Roslansky, wie Abschl\u00fcsse, bisherige Arbeitgeber, gemeinsame Netzwerke sagen kaum mehr was aus f\u00fcr die Eignung einer Person f\u00fcr einen Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daraus leitet er die Vision f\u00fcr LinkedIn auch f\u00fcr die Zukunft ab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den globalen Arbeitsmarkt immer effizienter machen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugang zu vielf\u00e4ltigen Produkten und Dienstleistungen bieten, auch im B2B-Bereich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugang zu relevanten Informationen, Lernangeboten, Skill-Erweiterung f\u00fcr alle Einzelnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Teil des gro\u00dfen Microsoft-\u00d6kosystems haben sie offenbar ihren klaren Platz gefunden, was ihre Aufgabe ist. Das ist auch beeindruckend, so fokussiert zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><em>Artikel am 14.
