Basically, we distinguish 5 rough age groups with differentiated requirement profiles:
Currently employed people (π©π» 18-65 years) are the ones who need the most comprehensive portfolio.
Young people, on the other hand, can be introduced slowly. And depending on the age group:

For older persons (π΅ 65+ years), if they are actually retired, a reduced competence portfolio is sufficient to participate actively in social life.
